I'm Theresa, the founder of TTFitness, and I'm here to tell you something important: You are not broken. Your body is not the enemy. And it's absolutely possible to feel confident, energized, and proud of yourself again - even with your crazy, beautiful, chaotic mom life.
My Story
My fitness journey didn't start in some perfect place. It started in college when I was struggling with my own health and confidence issues. From middle school through my mid-twenties, I battled an unhealthy relationship with food and my body image. I know what it feels like to look in the mirror and not recognize the person staring back at you.
Everything changed when I connected with friends in the bodybuilding community who taught me that fitness isn't about punishment - it's about strength, both physical and mental. Through research, trial and error, and a lot of self-compassion, I found balance. More importantly, I discovered that true transformation happens when you work WITH your body, not against it.
Why I Do This Work
Here's what I learned: Coaching isn't just about changing your body - it's about changing your mindset. When you start treating yourself with respect, when you stop hiding from photos, when you show up confidently for your family - that's when real magic happens.
I became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer because I wanted to help other women break free from the shame spiral that had trapped me for so long. But more than that, I wanted to help moms model self-respect and body confidence for their daughters.

That's why I created FITFAB20 - my signature system of quick 20-30 minute workouts that can be done anywhere, anytime, no gym needed. Because you don't need to spend hours working out to see incredible results. You just need the right strategy.
